Bruno Becerra State Farm, a leading insurance and financial services agency in Portland, Oregon, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service/Receptionists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
-Respond to inquiries regarding insurance products and services in both English and Spanish.
-Schedule appointments and manage the agency's calendar efficiently.
-Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
-Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
-Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
-Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
-Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
